Our carrier is UPS and you will receive email reminders of your upcoming recurring order 3-days prior to shipment. You will get a shipment confirmation email with your UPS tracking number when your order leaves our facility. Orders ship Mondays through Wednesdays only; we will adjust shipping dates slightly based on your chosen shipping method so that orders arrive on weekdays only with no orders held over the weekend for delivery the following week.
